The Chips are Down

The 'Chips are Down' focuses on the delivery of food and nutrition information both for the school curriculum and for the school food service. It provides an opportunity to create a food policy which integrates many aspects of school life and the curriculum.

'The Chips are Down' has been produced jointly by The Health Education Trust and The Design Dimension Educational Trust.
